(2) How can we choose a question to answer on the next visit that is intriguing to the householder? (3) Why is it good to agree on a definite time for the next discussion and, if possible, obtain the householder's phone number or e-mail address? (4) Why should we try to return promptly, perhaps within a few days? (5) What information should we write down after the initial call?)
